Submit Forms
Complete the Forms within 48 hours to allow us to stick to our 10-day Onboarding period.
Customer Success Manager
Your Customer Success Manager is your main point of contact. They will be on hand to guide you through the Onboarding Process.
Review
Review your first month of posts and leave comments via the Content Panel. Your Content Creator will review your feedback and revise your posts.
Launch
Your plan goes live on day 10 – or the nearest work day – after signing-up. Your posts are published directly to your social media pages.
Customer Success Manager

Your dedicated Customer Success Manager is your main point of contact. Depending on your plan, you’ll meet your CSM via an Onboarding Call or via email. Your plan goes live on the 10th day — or nearest work day — after you sign up.

How we create your social media posts
Our social media plans provide regular posts each week to your chosen social media platforms. Your posts are crafted by your dedicated UK-based Content Creator. To guarantee high quality, you also have a dedicated UK-based Editor who edits and reviews each post.
Content Panel
Preview your posts
We publish your posts directly to your social media pages. View your posts before they are published in an editable content calendar via your Content Panel account. Content Panel is free with all plans in your first month and included from month 2 onwards with some plans – or available as a paid add-on. If you do not select a plan that includes Content Panel, or add it to your plan, you’ll see your posts once they’ve been published.
